APC

APC (Algal Phycoerythrin) is a far-red fluorescent protein characterized by high quantum yield and intense fluorescence, with an emission wavelength of 660 nm and minimal interference from sample autofluorescence. This labeled primary antibody binds directly and specifically to the target antigen without the need for a secondary antibody. It offers excellent compatibility and is widely used in flow cytometry and multicolor immunofluorescence assays.
