The Terms & Conditions defined below shall apply to TargetMol branded products and services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Copyright and Intellectual property

All contents of our website, including text, graphics, images and other materials are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All intellectual property rights of them belong to TargetMol. The use of any our trademark/content without our permission is strictly prohibited. TargetMol authorize you to use the trademarks/content on this website only for purchasing or promoting our products.

Returns and exchanges

TargetMol is committed to providing high quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with our product or the product does not perform as described on the datasheet, please contact our customer service department (inquiry@targetmol.com) for support. You could choose to return or exchange your purchased products under prior authorization from TargetMol. Any items returned to TargetMol should be placed in the original packaging and in the same condition as originally purchased. Please note that shipping, handling and packaging charges are not refundable.

Shipment and delivery

Every item is shipped based on the best shipping method assessed for specific requirements of our products. We ship your order by FedEx. For inhibitors, the shipping cost is 50USD. For compound library, the shipping cost would be 100-500USD. You will receive confirmation of your shipping costs before your order shipped. After the package is scheduled to ship, TargetMol will email our client the tracking number. Most orders will be shipped out within 24 hours after the official purchase order received.

TargetMol is dedicated in providing fast delivery to our customers. If your service is urgent, please contact us. The lead time for the delivery of our products are as following:

TargetMol cannot guarantee the time of delivery due to differences in carrier services and possible customs clearance delay. Shipping cost will be prepaid by TargetMol, and added to the invoice. If using your FedEx account, we will not charge shipping cost.

Free delivery is guaranteed when the total value of your order (only for inhibitors) exceeds 300 USD.

Safety

1. Scope of Permitted Use

All products offered by TargetMol Chemicals Inc. (“TargetMol”, “Seller”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through this website are intended solely for laboratory research and analytical purposes.

Products are strictly limited to use by qualified professionals in research institutions, laboratories, or similar facilities.

Under no circumstances may any product purchased from this website be used for.

• Human or veterinary clinical diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic purposes
• In vitro diagnostic (IVD) applications
• Food, beverage, dietary supplement, or cosmetic applications
• Medical device applications
• Human or animal consumption
• Commercial manufacturing or commercial end-use production
• Any purpose other than laboratory research

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are purchasing products for research use only and will not use or permit the use of such products for any prohibited purpose.

2. No Regulatory Approval

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, products sold by TargetMol.

• Have not been tested or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), European Medicines Agency (EMA), or any other regulatory authority;
• Have not been evaluated for safety or efficacy in humans or animals;
• Are not intended for use in the manufacture of food, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, or commercial products.

The buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the use of any product complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing products from this website, you agree that you are solely responsible for.

1. Determining the suitability of the product for your intended research purpose;
2. Conducting all necessary testing, validation, and verification prior to use;
3. Obtaining any required intellectual property rights, licenses, or regulatory approvals;
4. Ensuring compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations;
5. Proper handling, storage, transportation, export/import compliance, and lawful disposal of products.

Any misuse, resale for unauthorized purposes, or distribution in violation of these Terms is strictly prohibited.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TargetMol, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to.

• Your misuse of any product;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations;
• Any unauthorized clinical, diagnostic, commercial, or consumer application.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TargetMol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the purchase, use, or misuse of its products.
In any event, TargetMol’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

6. Safety Documentation

Users must have access to and carefully review the applicable Safety Data Sheet (SDS) or Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) prior to handling or use of any product.

7. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

TargetMol reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order if we reasonably believe that the products may be used for unauthorized or prohibited purposes.

Cherry Picking

In addition to our pre-designed screening libraries, customers are welcome to choose any number of products from TargetMol database according to their own research requirement. TargetMol offers our clients "cherry-picking" service from the entire database of screening compounds (currently almost 4000 compounds). Please specify compounds, quantities, format (dry/solid or DMSO, vial, plate etc.) and any other requirements.

Technical Consulting

TargetMol’s highly trained Scientific Support team are ready to help you with any technical question you may have regarding our products. Each of our scientists possesses rich experience and in depth knowledge of our products. Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance in how to select the best product for your research. If you want to inquire any purchased product, please provide the catalog number and purchase order number when you contact our technical staff.

We will do our best to assist you in resolving any questions that you might have and any suggestions on how we can better meet your needs.

Bulk Quantities and Custom Chemistry Services

Most of our products listed in the catalog are available in bulk quantities. TargetMol offer competitive discount on products purchased in bulk quantities ranging from mg to gram. Please contact our Sales Department for a quote. If you also inform us any special requirements, it will help us to evaluate your request. If you find the local distributor of TargetMol, you can also contact the distributors in your territory for bulk quantity requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

TargetMol has an experienced team with custom synthesis chemists. We specialize in the mg to gram scale synthesis of complex organic molecules, including API's, amino acids, peptides, scaffolds, building blocks, and rare organics. With high experiences in preparing a large numbers of different biologically active molecules, we provided more rapid synthesis of new products.

Quality control

TargetMol scientists ensure our compounds a high diversity score. Our compounds are stored in dry form and freshly prepared in DMSO. TargetMol can provide complete analytical support, with comprehensive QC data packages, including NMR, HPLC, MS, LC-MS, IR, optical rotation & micro-analysis. Our compounds are of very high purity, typically > 98%. The purity displayed in the datasheet and COA is the minimum content of the active ingredient that any given batch contain.

As extraordinary quality and batch-to-batch consistency are of paramount importance for all of us at TargetMol, each batch must pass stringent biochemical and biological testing requirements. If, however, any product does not perform as indicated on its Technical Data Sheet, we will either immediately replace it or credit you the original purchase price.
