Anti-Colorectal Cancer Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound Library

Catalog No. L6740
  Library Compound List   Excel SDF

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common malignancies. Most cases of CRC are sporadic, and the global morbidity rate of CRC is rising due to prevalent poor dietary habits and lifestyles, including overconsumption of meat, alcohol, and lack of adequate physical exercise. Colorectal cancer is known with insidious onset and poor prognosis, thus there is a strong need for public health promotion, effective prevention and intervention strategies for it.

With the increasing research on the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer, the application of active ingredients of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of CRC has been researched.

Chinese medicine can inhibit the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer by regulating multiple signaling pathways, participating in regulating the proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis of cancer cells, destroying the survival environment of cancer cells and enhancing the body's immune system.

The Targetmol Anti-Colorectal Cancer Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound Library selected 386 Colorectal cancer-related TCM compounds, among which include TCM with tonic effects such as ginseng, astragalus, and TCM with heat-clearing and detoxifying effects such as scutellaria, rhubarb, etc. With more clear biological activity information, the library provides a powerful tool for anti-colon cancer related research.

All products from TargetMol are for Research Use Only. Not for Human or Veterinary or Therapeutic Use.
