In vitro
METHODS: ASPC1, HPAC and H727 cells were treated with BI-2493 (Log (1-4nM)), and cell viability was detected after 72 hours.
RESULTS BI-2493 inhibited the growth of ASPC1, HPAC and H727 cells. [1]
In vivo
METHODS: A cell line-derived xenograft model was established, and mice were randomly assigned according to tumor size (n = 7-8 mice per treatment group) and treated with BI-2493 (10-90 mg/kg, orally twice daily) .
RESULTS BI-2493 attenuated tumor growth in xenograft model mice. [1]
