Fluorescent and Labeled Antibody

Fluorescent and labeled antibody technology is a method of covalently combining fluorophore or biotin with specific antibodies by chemical methods. After the antibody-fluorescent/biotin conjugate specifically binds to the corresponding antigen, the signal of the fluorescent marker is observed through instruments such as a fluorescence microscope, thereby achieving the positioning, qualitative or quantitative detection of the object to be tested.
