HRP

HRP (horseradish peroxidase) is a classic enzyme for protein labeling. It catalyzes highly efficient color development and luminescence, providing significant signal amplification. Labeled primary antibodies do not require secondary antibodies, making HRP suitable for Western blotting, ELISA, and immunohistochemistry. It enables rapid qualitative and quantitative protein detection with an excellent signal-to-noise ratio.
