Anti-DcR1/TRAILR3 Antibody-APC (6O829) is a APC-conjugated Rabbit antibody targeting DcR1/TRAILR3. Anti-DcR1/TRAILR3 Antibody-APC (6O829) can be used in FCM.
Description | Anti-DcR1/TRAILR3 Antibody-APC (6O829) is a APC-conjugated Rabbit antibody targeting DcR1/TRAILR3. Anti-DcR1/TRAILR3 Antibody-APC (6O829) can be used in FCM. |
Ig Type | Monoclonal Rabbit IgG |
Clone | 6O829 |
Reactivity | Human |
Verified Activity | Flow cytometric analysis of Human TNFRSF10C(CD263) expression on human whole blood granulocytes. Cells were stained with APC-conjugated anti-Human TNFRSF10C(CD263). The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable granulocytes. |
Application | FCM |
Recommended Dose | 5 μl/Test, 0.1 mg/ml |
Antibody Type | Monoclonal |
Host Species | Rabbit |
Construction | This antibody was obtained from a rabbit immunized with purified, recombinant Human TRAILR3/TNFRSF10C (rh TRAILR3/TNFRSF10C; TMPY-04722; NP_003832.2; Met1-Pro235) and conjugated with APC under optimum conditions, the unreacted APC was removed. |
Purification | Protein A |
Appearance | Liquid |
Formulation | PBS solution containing 0.5% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide |
Research Background | TNFRSF10C CNV in patients with CRC is associated with distant metastatic disease. A high frequency of CGI methylation in the TNFRSF10C promoter results in inactivation of the gene and enhancement of tumor growth in most PC cell lines (except CFPAC-1). Inactivation of TNFRSF10C by CpG island (CGI) hypermethylation can play an important role in PC progression and be potentially useful as a diagnostic marker and a new therapeutic approach for PC. |
Conjucates | APC |
Others Formats | Unconjugated/FITC/PE |
Antibody Types Available | 4 |
Immunogen | Recombinant Human TRAILR3/TNFRSF10C Protein (TMPY-04722) |
Antigen Species | Human |
Stability & Storage | Store at 2°C-8°C for 12 months, do not freeze. Keep away from direct sunlight. Sodium azide is toxic to cells and should be disposed of properly. Flush with large volumes of water during disposal. |
Transport | Shipping with blue ice. |
