Discoprotein domain receptor (DDR) is a member of the transmembrane receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) superfamily in which discoprotein motifs exist and utilize collagen as an internal ligand. DDR is related to the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells, and can promote the malignant proliferation of cells.
