PerCP

PerCP (phycoerythrin-chlorophyll protein) is a natural phycobiliprotein-based fluorescent dye characterized by spectral stability and low background fluorescence. It exhibits minimal spectral overlap with common fluorophores and offers excellent compatibility with multicolor flow cytometry. Antibodies labeled with PerCP demonstrate high specificity and can directly recognize target antigens, eliminating the need for a secondary antibody step. As a result, they are widely used in research applications such as immunophenotyping and multiparameter flow cytometry analysis.
