Fluorescein

Fluorescein dyes are a type of optical probe with fluorescein as the parent core, which have good water solubility, low cytotoxicity and high photostability. Their excitation and emission wavelengths are mainly concentrated in the visible light region and are widely used in the fields of biomarkers, cell imaging and immunoassay. In addition, chemical modification can achieve highly specific labeling and detection of specific biomolecules.
