In vitro
50 μM Fluorescein diphosphate tetraammonium at room temperature can be used in vitro phosphatase assays as the substrate. [1]
The reaction of Fluorescein diphosphate tetraammonium sal with ALP liberates the green fluorescent dye, fluorescein. [2]
