Azide

Azide dyes are a class of chemical reagents containing an azide group (-N₃) that can react efficiently and specifically with alkynyl or cyclooctyne groups through click chemistry reactions. These dyes are widely used in biomolecule labeling, live cell imaging, and materials science. The reaction conditions are mild, do not affect the activity of biological systems, and have the advantages of high selectivity and low background interference.
