SHP-1 Protein, Mouse, Recombinant (aa 207-597, His & GST)
SH-PTP1, SHP-1, PTPTY-42, Ptp1C, protein tyrosine phosphatase, non-receptor type 6, me, Hcph, hcp, 70Z-SHP
TMPY-03296
PTPN6 is an enzyme that belongs to the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family. PTPs are signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, mitotic cycle, and oncogenic transformation. N-terminal part of PTPN6 contains two tandem Src homolog (SH2) domains, which act as protein phospho-tyrosine binding domains, and mediate the interaction of PTPN6 with its substrates. PTPN6 is expressed primarily in hematopoietic cells, and functions as an important regulator of multiple signaling pathways in hematopoietic cells. It has been shown that PTPN6 interacts with, and dephosphorylate a wide spectrum of phospho-proteins involved in hematopoietic cell signaling.

TMPJ-00305
Signal Regulatory Protein α (SIRPα) is a monomeric approximately 90 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein. The 504 amino acid human SIRPα contains two Ig-like C1-type domains and one Ig-like V-type domain. SIRPα can express in various tissues, mainly on brain and myeloid cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, dendritic and Langerhans cells. It also can detect in neurons, smooth muscle and endothelial cells. SIRPA is an immunoglobulin-like cell surface receptor for CD47. SIRPα acts as docking protein and induces translocation of PTPN6, PTPN11 and other binding partners from the cytosol to the plasma membrane. SIRPα shows adhesion of cerebellar neurons, neurite outgrowth and glial cell attachment. SIRPα engagement generally produces a negative regulatory signal; it may mediate negative regulation of phagocytosis, mast cell activation and dendritic cell activation

CD72 Protein, Human, Recombinant (Trx & His)
Lyb-2, CD72, B-Cell Differentiation Antigen CD72
TMPJ-00898
B-Cell Differentiation Antigen CD72 (CD72) is a single-pass type II membrane protein. CD72 exists as a disulfide-linked homodimer and contains one C-type lectin domain. CD72 is expressed on B lineage cells, NK cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, and mast cells. CD72 is a ligand for CD5. CD72 associates with CD5, interacts with PTPN6 SHP-1 and plays a role in B-cell proliferation and differentiation. CD72 associates with CD79A in the B cell antigen receptor (BCR) complex following antigen stimulation and dampens BCR signaling through interactions with the phosphatase SHP-1.

Leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily B (LILRB3), also known as ILT5, LIR3, and CD85a, is an immunoglobulin superfamily member that is involved in immune regulation. Subfamily B members have cytoplasmic immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs (ITIMs) that inhibit signaling events via phosphatase SHP-1.LILRB3 may act as receptor for class I MHC antigens. Becomes activated upon coligation of LILRB3 and immune receptors, such as FCGR2B and the B-cell receptor. LILRB3 CD85a Protein, Human, Recombinant (His & Avi), Biotinylated is expressed in HEK293 mammalian cells with C-His-Avi tag. The predicted molecular weight is 50 kDa and the accession number is O75022-1.

TMPJ-00552
Members of the immunoglobulin-like transcript (ILT) family are activating and inhibitory immunoreceptors whose genes are located same locus that encodes killer cell Ig-like receptors (KIR). Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor Subfamily B Member 2 (LIR-2) is a type I transmembrane protein. LIR-2 is expressed primarily on monocytes and dendritic cells (DC). Human LIR-2 is produced as a 598 amino acino acid precursor including a 21 aa signal sequence, a 440 aa extracellular domain (ECD), a 21 aa transmenbrane segment, and a 116 aa cytoplasmic domain. LIR-2 binds to Classical MHCI proteins. Ligation of LIR-2 incluces Tyr phosphorylation within its cytoplasmic ITIMs, a requirement for association with SHP-1. LIR-2 mediates tolerogenic DC-induced CD4+ T cell energy in vitro and in vivo.

It is widely expressed with highest levels in heart, placenta, kidney and pancreas. As cell surface receptor, it involved in signal transduction processes. MPZL1 recruits PTPN11 SHP-2 to the cell membrane and subsequently activate phosphorylate Src kinase at Tyr426, promoting phosphorylation of cortactin and migration of HCC cells. MPZL1also is a major receptor for concanavalin-A (ConA) and involved in cellular signaling induced by ConA, which probably includes Src family tyrosine-protein kinases.
