SHP1705 is a potent and selective activator of Cryptochrome 2 (CRY2). It inhibits BMAL1-CLOCK transcriptional activity and significantly enhances its efficacy against glioblastoma stem cells (GSC) and patient-derived xenograft (PDX) tumors.
