NEDD4-1

NEDD4-1 (Neural precursor cell-expressed developmentally down-regulated protein 4-1) is an E3 ubiquitin ligase and a member of the NEDD4 family. It plays important roles in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and drug sensitivity regulation. NEDD4-1 regulates intracellular signaling by ubiquitinating target proteins and promoting their degradation.
