Fetuin is the protein product of the AHSG gene, naturally occurring in serum and extracellular fluids. It inhibits calcification and cysteinopeptidases, antagonises TGF-β, reduces insulin sensitivity, and more.

Sericin is a globular protein isolated from silkworm cocoons. It has cognitive enhancement and pain-relieving properties.
