Anti-CLDN6 Antibody (AB1-11) is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting Claudin-6 (CLDN6). CLDN6 is a tight junction protein and an oncofetal antigen typically expressed in fetal tissues but virtually absent in normal adult tissues, while frequently re-expressed in various solid tumors such as ovarian cancer, germ cell tumors, gastric cancer, and lung cancer. This antibody specifically binds to the extracellular loops of CLDN6 and exerts potent anti-tumor activity by inducing antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC). Due to its high tumor specificity, this antibody serves as an ideal tool for developing targeted therapies, including ADCs or bispecific antibodies.
