Oligonucleotide labeling dyes are a type of chemical reagent used to label and detect oligonucleotides (short-chain nucleic acids). They generate fluorescent or colorimetric signals by binding to nucleic acid bases or phosphate backbones and are widely used in gene sequencing, nucleic acid detection, and molecular biology research.
