Anti-Human CD47 Antibody (B6H12, humanized) is an antibody that specifically targets human CD47 and is suitable for immunological and oncological research related to CD47-mediated immune evasion, macrophage-associated signal transduction, and cell surface checkpoint regulation.
In vitro
Anti-Human CD47 Antibody (B6H12, humanized) (10 μg/mL, 2 h) increases macrophage phagocytosis of HepG2 and H3B cells[1].
Anti-Human CD47 Antibody (B6H12, humanized) (10 μg/mL, 2 h) decreases the proliferation and attenuates cell migration and invasion abilityof IOMM-Lee cells[2].
Anti-Human CD47 Antibody (B6H12, humanized) (10 μg/mL, 2 h) decreases invasion in osteosarcoma cells and increases macrophage phagocytosis of osteosarcoma tumor cells[3].
In vivo
Anti-Human CD47 Antibody (B6H12, humanized) (100 μg, i.p.; daily for 5 weeks) reduces tumor growth in IOMM-Lee tumor mouse models[2].
Anti-CD47 Antibody (B6.H12) (100 μg, i.p.; three times weekly) restrains tumor progression in osteosarcoma mouse models[3].
