AF647 DBCO is a bright far-red fluorescent dye featuring a dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO) functional group, enabling copper-free click chemistry (SPAAC) for specific conjugation to azide-modified biomolecules. Retaining AF647’s high photostability and brightness, this dye provides excellent signal-to-noise ratio and sensitivity for live-cell labeling, tissue imaging, and in vivo tracking.
