Bemnifosbuvir (AT-511), a novel phosphoramidate prodrug of 2'-fluoro-2'-C-methylguanosine-5'-monophosphate, exhibits potent in vitro activity against HCV.

AMG 511 is a potent and orally available pan inhibitor of class I PI3Ks (Kis of 4 nM, 6 nM, 2 nM, and 1 nM for PI3Kα, β, δ, and γ, respectively), exhibiting anti-tumor activity in a mouse glioblastoma xenograft model[1]. AMG 511 significantly suppresses PI3K signaling as indicated by a decrease in p-Akt (Ser473).

Fluorescent false neurotransmitter (FFN)

FFN 511 hydrochloride is a fluorescent pseudo-neurotransmitters (FFNs) targeting neuronal vesicular monoamine transporter 2 (VMA T2).FFN 511 hydrochloride inhibits the binding of 5-hydroxytryptamine to VMA T2-containing membranes and can be used for labelling of dopaminergic nerve endings in acute slices of in vivo cortex-striatum. The excitation and emission maxima are 406 and 501 nm, respectively.

YM 511 is a highly specific non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor. YM 511 inhibits aromatase activities in microsomes from rat ovary and human placenta competitively (IC50s of 0.4 and 0.12 nM, respectively). YM 511 slightly inhibits production of other steroid hormones. YM 511 has the potential for suppressing estrogen-dependent action research without affecting serum levels of other steroid hormones.

GTS511 is a EAAT2 Activator. Pharmacokinetic profiles (PK) of GTS511 show a >6 h half-life and higher bioavailability in plasma and the brain under all three routes of administration in rats. GTS511 can be further developed to treat neurological disorders caused by excitotoxicity
