ATTO 514 azide is an azide derivative of ATTO 514, with peak excitation and emission wavelengths at 511 nm and 531 nm, respectively. It acts as a click chemistry reagent, featuring an azide group that undergoes a copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAC) with alkyne-containing molecules. Additionally, ATTO 514 azide can participate in strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
