Description
Green DND-26 is a lysosomal fluorescent probe, which can be used to study the localization of organelles.
In vitro
Green DND-26 working solution is prepared by first allowing the solution to return to room temperature, followed by a brief centrifugation to concentrate it at the bottom of the tube. Dilute the 1 mM stock solution to a working concentration using a medium or suitable buffer (such as PBS), with a recommended concentration of 50-100 nM. Adjust the working solution concentration of Green DND-26 according to specific requirements, and prepare it fresh for use. For cell staining, collect suspension cells by centrifugation at 1000 g and 4°C, then wash twice with PBS for 5 minutes each. For adherent cells, remove the medium, treat with trypsin to detach the cells, and centrifuge to discard the supernatant. Wash twice with PBS, each time for 5 minutes. Add 1 mL of Green DND-26 working solution and incubate at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
