Visible light fluorescence imaging

Visible light fluorescence imaging dyes are fluorescent markers with emission wavelengths in the range of 400-700 nm, and are commonly used for cell, tissue, and in vivo imaging. These dyes have the characteristics of easy access to excitation light sources and simple operation. However, due to strong tissue absorption and scattering, their imaging depth and resolution are limited, and they are mainly used for the research and analysis of shallow biological samples.
