Toyocamycin (Vengicide) is an adenosine analog produced by Actinomycetes, functioning as an XBP1 inhibitor and inhibiting IRE1α-induced ATP-dependent XBP1 mRNA cleavage (IC50: 80 nM), and induces apoptosis.

CQ3196 is an oral RIOK2 inhibitor with a Kd value of 14 nM. It effectively suppresses the ATPase activity of RIOK2, showing an IC50 value of 72 nM. CQ3196 also impedes cell proliferation and colony formation in gastric cancer cell lines, inducing apoptosis (apoptosis) in HGC-27 and AGS cells.
