Dibekacin is an antibiotic.

Dibekacin sulfate, an analog of KANAMYCIN, has antitubercular as well as broad-spectrum antimicrobial properties.

Fosfomycin sodium is a bactericidal, low-molecular weight, broad-spectrum antibiotic, with putative activity against several bacteria, including multidrug-resistant Gram-negative bacteria, by irreversibly inhibiting an early stage in cell wall synthesis.

Fosfomycin calcium (Phosphomycin calcium salt) is a blood-brain barrier penetrating, broad-spectrum antibiotic by irreversibly inhibiting an early stage in cell wall synthesis.

Cefsulodin (SCE-129) exhibits strong efficacy against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and strains sensitive to penicillin and gentamicin, comparable to gentamicin and dibekacin. However, its effectiveness diminishes against penicillin-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains, particularly those also resistant to gentamicin. For Pseudomonas maltophilia, SCE-129 shows similar minimum inhibitory concentrations to penicillin, gentamicin, and dibekacin. Pseudomonas cepacia strains usually display moderate resistance to SCE-129 and penicillin, and high resistance to gentamicin and dibekacin.

Sulbenicillin is an alpha-sulfobenzylpenicillin. It has been used in combination with dibekacin.
