KDS2010 overcomes the disadvantages of the irreversible MAO-B inhibitor and significantly attenuates increased astrocytic GABA levels and astrogliosis, thereby enhancing synaptic transmission, and rescuing learning and memory impairments in APP/PS1 mice.
