It exhibits antiprion and antitumor activities by inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, inducing cell cycle arrest, and triggering apoptosis. Radotinib dihydrochloride is applicable in research on chronic myeloid leukemia, multiple myeloma, other tumors, and prion-related neurodegenerative diseases.
