HyP-1 is a probe for photoacoustic imaging of hypoxia.

VHL Ligand 38 (Compound 1) is a competitive inhibitor of the E3 ubiquitin ligase VHL, demonstrating IC50 values of 4.1 μM and 7.0 μM in 1% and 10% DMSO solutions, respectively. It features a hydroxyproline residue and an isoxazole acetamide moiety, and effectively inhibits the binding of the fluorescence peptide derived from HIF1α (FAM-DEALA-Hyp-YIPD) to VHL.

H-Gly-Pro-Hyp-OH is a potent and orally available anti-photoaging collagen peptide that attenuates inflammation and reduces MMP-1 and MMP-3 levels; attenuates H2O2-induced aging of dermal fibroblasts; restores cortisol-mediated inhibition of type I collagen and GR activation and (TGF)-β signaling signaling, among other things; and improves the hydration of human skin, elasticity and anti-wrinkle properties.
