Tyr-α-CGRP (human) (trifluoroacetate salt)
T36555124756-98-5
Tyr-α-CGRP is an N-terminal extended tyrosinated analogue of α-calcitonin gene-related peptide . It binds to amylin receptors AMY1 and AMY3 in COS-7 cells expressing the human receptors (IC50s = 141 and 1.86 nM, respectively). Tyr-α-CGRP also binds to and stimulates cAMP accumulation in rat L6 myocytes (IC50 = 4 nM; EC50 = 12 nM). It also binds to rat brain and spleen membrane preparations (IC50s = 0.2 and 0.5 nM, respectively), induces positive chronotropic and inotropic effects in isolated right and left guinea pig atria (EC50s = 282 and 74 nM, respectively), and inhibits the twitch response in rat vas deferens (EC50 = 1.9 nM).

α-CGRP, rat TFA
T75732
α-CGRP, rat TFA, a neuropeptide (calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP)) mainly expressed in neuromuscular junction, is a potent vasodilator. α-CGRP, rat TFA can lead to a fall in blood pressure and an increase in heart rate by peripheral administration, also relax colonie smooth muscle. α-CGRP, rat TFA has the potential in cardiovascular, pro-inflammatory, migraine and metabolic studies [1] [2] [3] .

[Tyr22] Calcitonin Gene Related Peptide, (22-37), rat
T76363198277-54-2
[Tyr22] Calcitonin Gene Related Peptide (22-37), rat, refers to a fragment (amino acids 22-37) of the rat calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) that targets the CGRP receptor and adenylate cyclase. While calcitonin is primarily produced by thyroid C cells, CGRP is predominantly secreted and stored within the nervous system [1].

Fremanezumab
TEV-48125, TEV48125, RN-307, PF-04427429, LBR-101
T766801655501-53-3
Fremanezumab (TEV-48125) is a humanised monoclonal antibody targeting CGRP, capable of neutralising human (IC50=7.94 nM), mouse (IC50=19.6 nM) and rat CGRP, and is indicated for the prevention of migraine. Fremanezumab inhibits CGRP's vasodilatory effects in the basilar artery constriction segment and suppresses activation of A-δ and high-threshold (HT) neurons in the meningeal nociceptive system triggered by cortical spreading depression (CSD) in rats. In vitro, Fremanezumab counteracts CGRP's immunosuppressive effects on microglia and lymphocytes.

α-CGRP (mouse, rat) TFA
T78540
α-CGRP (mouse, rat) TFA, a neuropeptide belonging to the calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) family, is predominantly located at neuromuscular junctions and functions as a potent vasodilator. Peripheral administration of α-CGRP (mouse, rat) TFA may result in decreased blood pressure and elevated heart rate, in addition to the relaxation of colonic smooth muscle. This compound shows promising utility in the investigation of cardiovascular, pro-inflammatory, migraine, and metabolic conditions [1] [2] [3].
