m-PEG4-Amine is a cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)[1].

DSPE-PEG(2000)-amine is a PEGylated derivative of 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-PE . m-PEG9-4-Nitrophenyl carbonate is a PEG linker containing a nitrophenyl carbonate group. Under mild conditions, the nitrophenyl carbonate is readily displaced by amine nucleophiles, resulting in the formation of carbamate bonds. The PEG9 chain improves the compound's water solubility.
