Gimeracil (Gimestat) is a competitive, reversible inhibitor of dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase.

Medrysone (6α-Methyl-11β-hydroxyprogesterone) is a topical, synthetic glucocorticoid with metabolic, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties.
