Gastric mucin
TP130984082-64-4
Gastric mucin, a large glycoprotein, is thought to play a major role in protecting the gastrointestinal tract from acid, proteases, pathogenic microorganisms, and mechanical trauma. Gastric mucin is a natural protein derived from pigs.

Anti-MUC17 Antibody
T9901A-819
Anti-MUC17 Antibody is a humanized monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO cells targeting the transmembrane mucin MUC17 (also known as MUC3G). This product specifically recognizes the extracellular domain of MUC17. MUC17 is overexpressed in various gastrointestinal tumors, particularly gastric and colorectal cancers. The antibody binds to MUC17 on the cell surface, mediating antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), and serves as a vehicle for the targeted delivery of conjugated therapeutic payloads (as in ADC research) into tumor cells.

N-Acetylgalactosaminyltransferase 1
GALNT1
TRP-00404
N-Acetylgalactosaminyltransferase 1 (GALNT1) is a glycosyltransferase that initiates mucin-type O-glycosylation by transferring α-GalNAc from UDP-GalNAc to serine (Ser) or threonine (Thr) residues in proteins. Overexpression of N-Acetylgalactosaminyltransferase 1 in gastric cancer enhances the aberrant O-glycosylation of CD44, activating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and influencing the malignant behavior of gastric cancer cells. This enzyme plays a crucial role in cancer progression and metastasis by modifying the O-glycosylation of various glycoproteins such as mucin (MUC1), osteopontin (OPN), matrix metalloproteinase-14 (MMP14), and integrin α3.
