  • Milbemycin A4 oxime
    T3590293074-04-5
Milbemycin A4 oxime, a derivative of milbemycin A4 and a component of milbemycin oxime, exhibits insecticidal and nematocidal activity. At 0.05 mg/kg, it reduces microfilariae of the heartworm D. immitis in naturally infested dogs and inhibits the growth of C. glabrata clinical isolates with MIC80 values of 16 to >32 μg/ml. At 2.5 μg/ml, it blocks fluconazole efflux from C. glabrata clinical isolates (but not from strains lacking CgCDR1 and PDH1 efflux pumps) and reduces MICs of fluconazole and 4-nitroquinoline 1-oxide in wild-type C. glabrata. Furthermore, it enhances adriamycin-induced inhibition of cell growth, increases intracellular accumulation of adriamycin and the P-glycoprotein substrate rhodamine 123 in adriamycin-resistant, but not adriamycin-sensitive, MCF-7 breast cancer cells in a concentration-dependent manner.

  • Deacetylasperulosidic Acid
    Desacetyl asperulosidic acid
    T828014259-55-3
Deacetylasperulosidic Acid is a natural compound of Morinda citrifolia fruit. It has antioxidant activity by increasing superoxide dismutase activity. It also prevents 4-nitroquinoline 1-oxide (4NQO) induced DNA damage in vitro, suppresses IL-2 production along with the activation of natural killer cells.

  • Deacetylasperulosidic Acid (Standard)
    TMSM-267614259-55-3
Deacetylasperulosidic Acid (Standard) is a reference standard for research and analysis in studies involving Deacetylasperulosidic Acid.

  • 7,4'-Di-O-methyltectorigenin
    TN853013186-08-8
7,4'-Di-O-methyltectorigenin had suppressive effects on umu gene expression of the SOS response in Salmonella typhimurium TA1535/pSK1002 against furylfuramide, 4-nitroquinoline-1-oxide, N-methyl-N'-nitrosoguanidine, and activated Trp-P-1, which do not require live metabolic activation by S9. 7,4'-Di-O-methyltectorigenin also showed suppression of SOS-inducing activity against Trp-P-1 and AfB(1), which requires liver metabolizing enzymes. 7,4'-Di-O-methyltectorigenin is utilized in molecular toxicology research focused on DNA damage response pathways, SOS response modulation, and enzyme-dependent and independent genotoxic stress models.
