14-3-3 protein-protein interaction

BV02 is an inhibitor of 14-3-3 protein-protein interactions and can be used in studies about the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia. BV02 disrupts hematopoietic cells expressing the IM-resistant T315I mutation and the IM-sensitive wild-type Bcr-Abl.

ChREBPα/14-3-3 regulator-1 (Compound 43) is a selective molecular glue that stabilizes the interaction between carbohydrate response element-binding protein (ChREBP) and 14-3-3 proteins, with an EC50 of 3.8 μM. It effectively safeguards β cells from glucolipotoxicity, preserving cell function and making it relevant for type 2 diabetes research.

14-3-3-IN-2 is an inhibitor of the 14-3-3 protein, exhibiting an IC50 value of 15 nM. It disrupts the interaction between 14-3-3α and aminopeptidase N, while also downregulating the mRNA levels of matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) that are elevated by 14-3-3α.
