Chlorothalonil (DAC 2787) is a broad-spectrum fungicide with high efficiency and low toxicity. Chlorothalonil is widely used to control various pests such as fruit trees and vegetable leaves. Chlorothalonil also has good control effects on various diseases such as rice, wheat, and cotton.

τ-Fluvalinate is a pyrethroid acaricide.1It induces tail currents in Western honeybee (A. mellifera) voltage-gated sodium channels (AmNav1) expressed inXenopusoocytes (EC50= 60 nM). It also induces tail currents in honeybee parasitic Varroa mite (V. destructor) Nav1 channels (VdNav1) expressed inXenopusoocytes (EC50= 160 nM) with a faster tail current decay than that of AmNav1 channels. Y18501, an oxysterol-binding protein (OSBPI) inhibitor structurally akin to Oxathiapiprolin, demonstrates potent inhibition against Phytophthora spp. and Pseudoperonospora cubensis with EC50 values between 0.0005 and 0.0046 μg mL. It exhibits exceptional protective and curative effects on P. cubensis. When used in tandem with Chlorothalonil, Y18501 markedly enhances the suppression of P. cubensis [1].
