This compound effectively recruits anti-DNP antibodies to the surface of FGFR1-positive cells, inhibits FGF2-induced proliferation of rat skeletal myoblasts, and induces apoptosis. In mouse models, Pep1-DNP conjugate 9 demonstrates antitumor activity.
