Pumaprazole (BY-841) is an antagonist of a reversible proton pump.

ONC-841 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting Sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 10 (Siglec-10). Siglec-10 is an inhibitory receptor expressed on the surface of macrophages that triggers a "don't eat me" signal upon binding to CD24 on tumor cells, thereby inhibiting phagocytosis. ONC-841 specifically binds to Siglec-10 and blocks the CD24-Siglec-10 interaction, alleviating immune suppression and enhancing the phagocytic clearance of tumor cells by macrophages. This antibody is significant for immunotherapy research in solid tumors with high CD24 expression, such as ovarian and breast cancers.

AM841, a high-affinity electrophilic ligand, covalently interacts with a cysteine residue in helix six, thus activating the CB1 cannabinoid receptor. It diminishes forskolin-stimulated cAMP accumulation and slows gastrointestinal motility [1] [2].
