ONC-841 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting Sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 10 (Siglec-10). Siglec-10 is an inhibitory receptor expressed on the surface of macrophages that triggers a "don't eat me" signal upon binding to CD24 on tumor cells, thereby inhibiting phagocytosis.
