Janelia Fluor Series

Janelia Fluor series dyes are a class of high-brightness, excellent photostability fluorescent dyes designed for super-resolution microscopy and single-molecule detection. Their unique chemical structure enables them to maintain a high signal-to-noise ratio under multiple laser excitations, making them suitable for live cell imaging, immunofluorescence labeling, and biomolecule tracking. Compared with traditional fluorescent dyes, they have lower photobleaching rates and higher imaging accuracy.
