Lu AA33810 (3-30 mg/kg, oral administration) showed anxiolytic-like effects in SD rats tested with the social interaction test [1].
Lu AA33810 (10 mg/kg/day, intraperitoneal injection) exhibited anxiolytic-like effects in the social interaction test of Flinders Sensitive Line rats and demonstrated antidepressant-like effects in the forced swim test [1].
Lu AA33810 (3 and 10 mg/kg/day, intraperitoneal injection) produced antidepressant-like activity in Wistar rats subjected to chronic mild stress, restoring the stress-induced decrease in sucrose consumption [1].
