PACAP (1-38) free acid TFA, an endogenous neuropeptide, effectively enhances antral motility and somatostatin secretion, while concurrently suppressing gastrin secretion and promoting the release of vasoactive intestinal polypeptide, gastrin-releasing peptide, and substance P. Additionally, it amplifies N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor function and brain-derived neurotrophic factor expression via RACK1 [1] [2].

PACAP (1-38) free acid is a deamidated PACAP (1-38) derived from humans, sheep, and rats. PACAP (1-38) free acid can activate the human PAC1 receptor and promote cyclic adenosine monophosphate synthesis in NS‑1 neuroendocrine cells and non-neuroendocrine HEK293 cells.

Cyprodinil (Standard) is the standard substance of Cyprodinil, and it is applicable for quantitative analysis, quality control, and related research in biochemical experiments. Cyprodinil, an anilinopyrimidine broad-spectrum fungicide, inhibits methionine biosynthesis in phytopathogenic fungi, effectively limiting cell growth of B. cinerea, P. herpotrichoides, and H. oryzae on amino acid-free media with IC 50 values of 0.44, 4.8, and 0.03 μM, respectively. Additionally, in the absence of the androgen receptor (AR) agonist DHT, Cyprodinil acts as an AR agonist (EC 50 =1.91 μM) and counters DHT's androgenic effects (IC 50 =15.1 μM).
