|Harmonin/USH1C Protein, Human, Recombinant (His)
|Harmonin, also known as Antigen NY-CO-38 / NY-CO-37, Autoimmune enteropathy-related antigen AIE-75, Protein PDZ-73, Renal carcinoma antigen NY-REN-3, Usher syndrome type-1C protein and USH1C, is a protein that is expressed in small intestine, colon, kidney, eye and weakly in pancreas. USH1C is expressed also in vestibule of the inner ear. USH1C contains 3 PDZ (DHR) domains. USH1C may be involved in protein-protein interaction. Defects in USH1C are the cause of Usher syndrome type 1C (USH1C), als...
|Rac1 Protein, Human, Recombinant (GST)
|RAC1 is a GTPase that belongs to the RAS superfamily of small GTP-binding proteins. Members of this superfamily appear to regulate a diverse array of cellular events, including the control of cell growth, cytoskeletal reorganization, and the activation of protein kinases. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for RAC1 gene. RAC1 is a plasma membrane-associated small GTPase which cycles between active GTP-bound and inactive GDP-bound states. In its active state, bind...
|CCL27 Protein, Human, Recombinant
|Human Chemokine (C-C Motif) Ligand 27 (CCL27) is a small cytokine that is a member of the CC chemokine family; it is expressed in numerous tissues, including gonads, thymus, placenta and skin. CCL27 elicits its chemotactic effects by binding to the chemokine receptor CCR10. Predominantly expressed in the skin, CCL27 is associated with T cell-mediated inflammation of the skin. Human and Mouse CCL27 share 84% sequence identity in the mature form.
