Emission wavelength

The emission wavelength classification covers fluorescent probes in different ranges from ultraviolet to near-infrared, including Em <400 nm (ultraviolet emission), Em 400-430 nm (violet emission), Em 431-450 nm (blue emission), Em 451-570 nm (green emission), Em 571-600 nm (yellow emission), Em 601-630 nm (orange emission), Em 631-760 nm (red emission) and Em >761 nm (near-infrared emission). These fluorescent probes in specific wavelength ranges are used to label and detect target molecules or structures in biological samples, and each wavelength is suitable for different application fields to achieve highly specific and sensitive imaging effects. In short, according to the different emission wavelengths, fluorescent probes are classified into multiple intervals from ultraviolet to near-infrared to meet the diverse needs of biological research.
