Fluorescence wavelength dye

Fluorescent wavelength dyes are divided into multiple ranges according to emission wavelength (Em) and excitation wavelength (Ex): emission wavelengths include ultraviolet (<400 nm), violet (400-430 nm), blue (431-450 nm), green (451-570 nm), yellow (571-600 nm), orange (601-630 nm), red (631-760 nm) and near infrared (>761 nm); excitation wavelengths cover the same range. These dyes are suitable for fluorescent probes of different wavelengths and are widely used in biological imaging, labeling and detection to meet diverse research needs.
