U0126-etoh (U0126 Ethanol) is a non-ATP competitive inhibitor of MEK1 (IC50=72 nM) and MEK2 (IC50=58 nM) with selectivity. U0126-EtOH inhibited autophagy and mitophagy.

SMU-V18 is a vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) inhibitor with an EC50 of 6.2 μM. It suppresses VSV-GFP fluorescence intensity, viral mRNA/protein expression, and progeny virus replication. SMU-V18 interferes with the early stages of viral infection and is effective against wild-type VSV (VSV-WT). Additionally, it suppresses VSV-GFP in mouse tissues and extends survival in mice. SMU-V18 is useful for studying vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) infections.

HBX is a deubiquitinase inhibitor. It inhibits HAdV type 5 (species C, HAdV-C5) replication and oncogenic transformation through inhibition of the cellular pro-viral factor ubiquitin-specific protease 7 (USP7). HBX also significantly inhibits virus genome replication and progeny release of all adenovirus types tested, with the exception of types 12 and 31, from tested species.
