Acetylcholine chloride
Pilofrin, ACh chloride
T122160-31-1
Acetylcholine Chloride is the chloride salt form of acetylcholine, a synthetic, quaternary amino alcohol with cholinergic properties. Acetylcholine chloride (Pilofrin) mimics the parasympathomimetic effect of the endogenous compound acetylcholine. Administered as an ophthalmic solution, this drug stimulates the cholinoceptors in the sphincter muscle of the iris, causing the pupil to constrict.

Tetracycline hydrochloride
Tetracycline HCl, NCI-c55561
T091264-75-5
Tetracycline hydrochloride (NCI-c55561) is the hydrochloride salt of the tetracycline, a broad-spectrum naphthacene antibiotic produced semisynthetically from chlortetracycline, an antibiotic isolated from the bacterium Streptomyces aureofaciens. In bacteria, tetracycline blocks binding of aminoacyl-tRNA to the mRNA-ribosome complex, thereby inhibiting protein synthesis and bacterial cell growth. Because naturally, fluorescing tetracycline binds to a newly formed bone at the bone/osteoid interface, tetracycline-labeling of bone and fluorescence microscopy may be used to perform bone histomorphometry.

Anthracene
T207084120-12-7
Anthracene is a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) consisting of three fused benzene rings that presents as a colorless, solid, crystalline substance derived primarily from coal tar, known for its characteristic blue fluorescence under ultraviolet light and its extensive use as a fundamental raw material for producing anthraquinone dyes, synthetic fibers, and various other organic compounds. While Anthracene serves as a component in some wood preservatives and asphalt products, Anthracene is also a recognized environmental pollutant and is classified as a potential occupational carcinogen by some regulatory bodies.

    D-Kynurenine
    ZINC901103, (R)-2-Amino-4-(2-aminophenyl)-4-oxobutanoic acid
    T1093813441-51-5
D-Kynurenine (ZINC901103) is a metabolite of D-tryptophan and an agonist of GPR109B. D-Kynurenine activates AhR and promotes the conversion of the epithelium to mesenchyme. D-Kynurenine serves as a substrate in the fluorescence analysis of D-amino acid oxidase.

    Ageladine A dihydrochloride
    TN89322757574-06-2
Ageladine A dihydrochloride, derived from the marine sponge Agelas nakamurai, serves as a matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) inhibitor with anti-angiogenic properties. It inhibits MMP-2, MMP-1, MMP-8, MMP-9, MMP-12, and MMP-13, with IC50 values of 4.65 μM, 2.79 μM, 907.12 nM, 1.83 μM, 767.57 nM, and 1.09 μM, respectively. As a pH-sensitive membrane-permeable dye, it emits fluorescence in the blue-green range when excited by ultraviolet light, with a maximum absorption peak at 370 nm. Additionally, Ageladine A dihydrochloride is used as a reliable and stable fluorescent pH sensor to detect intracellular pH changes.
