Boc-Asp(OMe)-fluoromethyl ketone
Boc-Asp(OMe)-FMK, Boc-Asp(OMe)-fluoromethyl ketone
T39308187389-53-3In house
Boc-Asp(OMe)-fluoromethyl ketone (Boc-Asp(OMe)-FMK) is a broad range caspase inhibitor. Boc-Asp(OME)-Fluoromethyl Ketone inhibits Fas-mediated phagocytosis and oxidative rupture inhibition, but does not affect the chemotactic activity of IL-8.

Penicillic acid
T1381590-65-3
Penicillic acid, a polyketide mycotoxin, synthesized by various species of Aspergillus and Penicillium, acts as an inhibitor of Fas ligand-induced apoptosis by impeding self-processing of caspase-8. Additionally, in vitro studies have shown that Penicillic acid displays cytotoxic properties in rat alveolar macrophages.

PaPE-1
pathway Preferential Estrogen, PaPE1, PaPE 1
T2023972107327-36-4
PaPE-1 is a pathway-preferential estrogen that activates extracellular nuclear signaling pathways without affecting nuclear signaling pathways. It exerts anti-apoptotic effects by inhibiting Aβ-induced caspase activity and reducing chromatin condensation associated with apoptosis, thereby preventing neuronal cell death. Additionally, post-treatment with PaPE-1 decreases the mRNA expression of apoptosis-specific factors (such as Bax, Gsk3b, Fas, and Fasl) under Aβ influence, while upregulating Bcl2 expression.

Phillyrin
Forsythin
T2854487-41-2
Phillyrin (Forsythin) is a novel AMPK activator, has anti-obesity effects in nutritive obesity mice, it can prevent lipid accumulation in HepG2 cells by blocking the expression of SREBP-1c and FAS through LKB1/AMPK activation. Phillyrin(Forsythin) may be a new preventive agent of acute lung injury in the clinical setting, it potentially contributes to the suppression of the activation of MAPK and NF-κB pathways, it also has protective effects on H2O2-induced oxidative stress and apoptosis in PC12 cells.

22(S)-hydroxy Cholesterol
22β-hydroxy Cholesterol, 22(S)-hydroxy Cholesterol
T3613022348-64-7
22(S)-hydroxy Cholesterol is a synthetic oxysterol and a modulator of the liver X receptor (LXR). [1] t prevents monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 (MCP-1) expression induced by the LXR agonist GW 3965 in primary hepatocytes and downregulates mRNA expression of the LXR target genes CD36, ACSL1, and SCD-1 in human myotubes. It decreases triacylglycerol and diacylglycerol synthesis from labeled palmitate and acetate, respectively, in human myoblasts by 50% when used at a concentration of 10 uM. 22(S)-hydroxy Cholesterol also reduces fatty acid synthase (FAS) reporter activity through an LXR response element in the promoter region in COS-1 cells transfected with RXRα and LXRα and decreases the expression of MCP-1 and CCR2 in a mouse model of chronic ethanol consumption.[1] [2] Dietary supplementation of 22(S)-hydroxy cholesterol (30 mg/kg per day) leads to less body weight gain and lower liver triacylglycerol levels in rats when fed either a regular chow or high-fat diet as well as prevents an increase in plasma triacylglycerol levels resulting from a high-fat diet.[3]

LXR antagonist 2
T64171
LXR antagonist 2 (compound 10rr) is a potent LXR (liver X receptor) inverse agonist, targeting LXRβ (IC50: 0.36 μM) and LXRα (IC50: 2.25 μM). It serves as an adipogenesis inhibitor, downregulating LXR target genes SREBP-1c, ACC, FAS, and SCD-1, and demonstrates hypolipidemic activity in Triton WR-1339-induced hyperlipidemic mice.

Ac-IETD-CHO
T78586191338-86-0
Ac-IETD-CHO is a potent, reversible inhibitor of granzyme B and caspase 8, which also impedes Fas-mediated apoptosis, hemorrhagic conditions, and liver failure. Furthermore, this compound hampers cell death induced by cytotoxic T lymphocytes [1] [2].

TMSM-2434487-41-2
Phillyrin (Standard) is a reference standard for research and analysis in studies involving Phillyrin. Phillyrin (Forsythin) is a novel AMPK activator, has anti-obesity effects in nutritive obesity mice, it can prevent lipid accumulation in HepG2 cells by blocking the expression of SREBP-1c and FAS through LKB1/AMPK activation.
