Enzyme substrate dyes

Enzyme substrate dyes are a class of compounds used to detect and study enzyme activity, mainly including enzyme fluorescent substrates, protease substrates and other enzyme substrates. Enzyme fluorescent substrates produce fluorescent signals by reacting with enzymes and are used to monitor enzyme activity in real time; protease substrates specifically recognize specific proteases and are widely used in apoptosis and signaling pathway research; other enzyme substrates cover various hydrolases, oxidoreductases and other substrates, providing a variety of tools for enzymology research. These dyes play an important role in life science research and can be used to analyze enzyme kinetics, localization and functional regulation.
