Erythromycin estolate
Phtalic anhydride, ilosone
T152453521-62-8
Erythromycin estolate is a semi-synthetic derivative of erythromycin with good oral absorption and bioavailability tolerance. As a macrolide antibiotic, Erythromycin exerts its antibacterial action by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis and is mainly used in studies for the treatment of respiratory, skin and soft tissue infections caused by susceptible bacteria. Erythromycin estolate may cause liver injury, including mild cholestatic hepatitis, jaundice, and paucity of bile ducts.

Erythromycin thiocyanate
T112337704-67-8
Erythromycin thiocyanate acts by binding to bacterial 50S ribosomal subunits and inhibits RNA-dependent protein synthesis by blockage of transpeptidation and/or translocation reactions, without affecting synthesis of nucleic acid .Erythromycin thiocyanate

5'-Guanylic acid disodium salt
Guanosine 5'-monophosphate disodium salt, GMP-5
T49015550-12-9
5'-Guanylic acid disodium salt (GMP-5) is a purine ribonucleoside monophosphate. L-Glutamic acid and guanosine monophosphate are biosynthesized from xanthylic acid and L-glutamine via GMP synthase [glutamine-hydrolyzing]. Guanosine triphosphate and guanosine monophosphate are biosynthesized from diguanosine tetraphosphate via bis(5'-nucleosyl)-tetraphosphatase [asymmetrical]. In humans, guanosine monophosphate is involved in the kanamycin, telithromycin, tobramycin, and erythromycin action pathways, and several metabolic disorders including AICA-ribosiduria, adenosine deaminase deficiency, adenine phosphoribosyltransferase deficiency (aprt), and 2-hydroxyglutric aciduria (D and L form) pathways. Guanosine monophosphate is also found in foods like onion-family vegetables, millet, Chinese water chestnut, and red rice, serving as a potential biomarker for the consumption of these foods.

5'-Guanylic acid disodium salt (Standard)
Guanosine 5‘-Monophosphate Disodium Salt (Standard)
TMSM-03105550-12-9
5'-Guanylic acid disodium salt (Standard) is the standard substance of 5'-Guanylic acid disodium salt, and it is applicable for quantitative analysis, quality control, and related research in biochemical experiments. 5'-Guanylic acid disodium salt (GMP-5) belongs to the class of organic compounds known as purine ribonucleoside monophosphates. In particular, L-Glutamic acid and guanosine monophosphate can be biosynthesized from xanthylic acid and L-glutamine; which is catalyzed by the enzyme GMP synthase [glutamine-hydrolyzing]. In addition, Guanosine triphosphate and guanosine monophosphate can be biosynthesized from diguanosine tetraphosphate; which is catalyzed by the enzyme bis(5'-nucleosyl)-tetraphosphatase [asymmetrical]. In humans, guanosine monophosphate is involved in the kanamycin action pathway, the telithromycin action pathway, the tobramycin action pathway, and the erythromycin action pathway. Guanosine monophosphate is also involved in several metabolic disorders, some of which include the AICA-ribosiduria pathway, adenosine deaminase deficiency, adenine phosphoribosyltransferase deficiency (aprt), and the 2-hydroxyglutric aciduria (D and L form) pathway. Outside of the human body, guanosine monophosphate can be found in a number of food items such as onion-family vegetables, millet, chinese water chestnut, and red rice. This makes guanosine monophosphate a potential biomarker for the consumption of these food products.

Citreamicin alpha
LL-E19085α
TN11142122535-63-1
Citreamicin alpha (LL-E 19085-alpha) is an antibiotic that has been evaluated for its in vitro antibacterial activity against 429 clinical isolates of Gram-positive cocci using the agar dilution method. This study included 313 strains of staphylococci and 116 strains of streptococci. Its in vitro efficacy was compared with ampicillin, amoxicillin, cephalothin, erythromycin, and vancomycin. For staphylococci, Citreamicin alpha demonstrated MIC values ranging from 0.12 to 4.0 μg/ml, and for Streptococcus pyogenes, the MIC values ranged from 0.03 to 0.12 μg/ml. Conversely, enterococci presented relative resistance, requiring 2.0 μg/ml to inhibit 64% of 62 tested strains. The antibiotic's in vitro efficacy significantly surpassed that of ampicillin, amoxicillin, cephalothin, and erythromycin, while it was comparable to or slightly less effective than vancomycin.
